What happens after you order
After placing your order, I’ll carefully make your bowl in my studio.
You’ll receive email updates when:
– your mug has been made
– your mug goes into the glaze firing
– your mug is on its way (with tracking)
If your mug develops any imperfections during the process, I’ll also always email you with a update.

Handmade & unique
Each bowl is handmade, which means slight variations in shape and colour are part of its charm. You can read more about it here.
Each bowl is made by hand in my studio in the Netherlands using porcelain clay. I shape the mugs using hand-cut templates, which means no molds are used and every piece is slightly different. After drying, the bowl is glazed by hand and fired twice in the kiln to create its final finish.
Returns & changes
Because this bowl is personalised, returns are not possible If something isn’t right, please contact me at info@isaceramics.nl orhere, I’m always happy to help.
