As stated, it can take up to 8 weeks before your order is shipped (shipping time is not included). I completely understand that 8 weeks can feel very long when you don’t hear anything, which is why I’d love to take you along in the process.

Everyone who places an order automatically agrees to receive these updates, so there’s no need to sign up separately. If at any point you’d prefer not to receive the emails, that’s absolutely fine! You can simply email info@isaceramics.nl to let me know you’d like to stop receiving updates.

So, which emails will you receive?

• Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation.

• When your entire order has been made, you’ll receive an email letting you know your piece is finished. This usually happens within 1 week. Your mug will then need to dry, which can take up to 1.5 weeks.

• Once your mug has gone through the bisque firing and is being glazed for the glaze firing, you’ll receive another email update.

• If you ordered a ceramic piece from the “P.S. I Love You” collection, you’ll receive an extra email, as these items need to go into the kiln for a third firing. You’ll be notified when this happens as well.

Of course, something can occasionally go wrong during the process. If that happens, you’ll also receive an email so you know your order may take a little longer.

You’ll always receive a final email once your package is on its way, including the tracking information.
