1. General

All items sold by Isa Ceramics are handmade. Small variations in shape, colour, glaze, and texture are a natural characteristic of handmade ceramics and are not considered defects. I kindly ask you to carefully review all product photos and descriptions before placing your order.

2. Right of Withdrawal (Non-Personalised Items)

In accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and Dutch law (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Article 6:230o), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify me in writing within 14 days of delivery at ceramicsisa@gmail.com.

3. Return Conditions

The item must be unused and in its original condition, packaged securely to prevent damage during transit. If the item arrives back damaged due to inadequate packaging, I reserve the right to deduct the cost from the refund or refuse it entirely. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. I recommend using a tracked shipping method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised or custom-made items, including items with personalised text, handwritten notes, or any item from the custom collection made specifically for the customer.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours at ceramicsisa@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. You are not required to return a damaged item — I will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Refunds

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
