Returns & Refunds

Because all items are handmade, small variations are part of the process. I kindly ask you to carefully review product photos and descriptions before placing your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and I will be happy to look for a suitable solution together! In the case of a quality concern, I require the item to be returned before a refund is processed, unless the product arrived damaged or is unusable.

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you do not need to return it, I will of course arrange an appropriate solution.
