By accessing or using this website and purchasing products from Isa Ceramics, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Product Information

I do my best to provide accurate and up-to-date information about all products, including descriptions, pricing, and availability. Please note that all items are handmade, and as such, slight variations in color, shape, and finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

2. Shipping & Delivery

I will always make every effort to process and ship your order as soon as possible. However, delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Isa Ceramics is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors beyond my control.

Once an order has been shipped, the risk of loss and responsibility for the parcel passes to the customer.

3. Returns & Refunds

All items are made to order, and therefore all sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not accepted due to change of mind or personal preference.

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or with a genuine defect, please contact me at info@isaceramics.nl as soon as possible so we can find a fair solution together. This may include a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the situation.

If a refund is agreed upon, the item must be returned first. Return shipping costs will be covered by me, and the refund will be processed once the item has been received.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Isa Ceramics and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

5. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the website. Continued use of the website after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
