I love my mug so much. Isa did a wonderful job transferring a many decades old handwriting that captures one of my most treasured memories. The mug has a pretty, slightly off-white color that works very well with the handwriting. But maybe the most wonderful thing was the process: as I am moving soon, Isa was very accommodating, and sped up the process to help me. She is a very kind person who cares a lot about her craft and about her customers.
