All items are made by hand in my studio. Before placing an order, please take a moment to read the information below so you know exactly what to expect.
Handmade & unique pieces
All products are handmade, which means every piece is unique:
- Small variations in shape, size and glaze are normal
- Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings and the firing process
- No two items are ever exactly the same
These differences are part of the charm and character of handmade ceramics.
Personalisation
Many of my pieces can be personalised.
• All text is copied exactly as entered during checkout. This includes spelling, punctuation etc.
Please double-check your text carefully before placing your order
If I make a mistake during the making process (for example a wrong letter), I will always remake the piece at no extra cost.

Production time
All items are made to order unless stated otherwise.
- Production times vary per product, always check the individual product description for the most accurate estimate
- The timelines below refer to production only and do not include shipping time:
Estimated production times:
• Tiles: 2–6 weeks
• “P.S. I Love You” mugs: 1–3 weeks
• Other custom orders: 3–8 weeks
• In-stock items: 1–2 business days
During busy periods or holidays, production may take longer.
If you need your order by a specific date, you are always welcome to send me an email so we can discuss the possibilities. Please note that specific delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
If production takes longer than expected, I will always contact you with an update.
Order updates
You will receive updates during the process at important stages of production, for example when your piece has been made or when it goes into the glaze firing. Read more about it here.

Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled:
• Within 24 hours after placing the order
• Or after 8 weeks, if your order has not yet been completed
To request a cancellation, please email info@isaceramics.nl.
Use & care
To keep your ceramic item beautiful for as long as possible:
• Hand washing is recommended
• Dishwasher and microwave safety may vary per item
• Ceramics remain breakable and should be handled with care
• Tiles are intended for decorative use unless stated otherwise
If you have specific questions about care, feel free to ask.
Returns & cancellations
Because each item is made especially for you:
• Personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged
• Orders can only be cancelled before production has started
• If your item arrives damaged, please contact me through email (info@isaceramics.nl) with photos of the damaged product.
