What happens after you order
After placing your order, I’ll carefully make your mug in my studio.
You’ll receive email updates when:
– your mug has been made
– your mug goes into the glaze firing
– your mug is on its way (with tracking)
If your mug develops any imperfections during the process, I’ll also always email you with a update.

Each mug is handmade, which means slight variations in shape and colour are part of its charm. You can read more about it here.
Returns & changes
Because this mug is personalised, returns are not possible If something isn’t right, please contact me at info@isaceramics.nl or here, I’m always happy to help.
