Can I combine any mug design (for example, a Heart Mug and a Dotty Mug)?

No, this bundle is only available for the Sunday Morning Mug design. Both mugs need to be from the Sunday Morning collection.
Do the mugs come with lids?

The Cappuccino size comes with a matching ceramic lid included.
