Your mug is being made
I make and hand-paint your mug in my studio. Within a week of your order I'll email you to let you know it's in progress — your mug is officially on its way to existing.
A few weeks in email
Into the glaze firing
When your mug goes into the kiln for its final glaze firing I'll send you another update. This is the most exciting — and nerve-wracking — part. Fingers crossed it comes out right.

If anything needs remaking
Ceramics is unpredictable — sometimes a piece cracks or doesn't come out right. If that happens I'll email you straight away and start again. No surprises, ever.
3–8 weeks total

Carefully packed with a studio postcard. You'll get a tracking link the moment it's on its way.
