What happens after you order
After placing your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email.
Because this mug is already in stock, you’ll receive an email update when the mug goes into the kiln with your handwritten note being fired onto it, and when your order is on its way (with tracking).
As each piece is still carefully finished by hand and personalised, unexpected delays can occasionally occur. If your order takes longer than the estimated timeframe, you’ll always receive an email update from me.

Each mug is handmade, which means slight variations in shape and colour are part of its charm. You can read more about it here.

How your mug will be made
How does it work?
1. Take a clear photo of your handwritten note or card, natural daylight and a light background (like white paper) work best.
2. Upload the photo after placing your order.
3. I’ll carefully transfer your handwriting onto the mug using waterslide paper, which allows your message to appear exactly as it is, keeping every unique detail and imperfection.
Please note that the way the photo is uploaded will also affect how the print appears on the mug. Things like lighting, shadows, or blurry photos can influence the final result. I do not edit or alter the photo itself, so it will be transferred exactly as it is submitted.
