Is the magnet strong enough to hold on a fridge or coffee machine?
Yes, each magnet has a strong magnet attached to the back, so it holds well on any magnetic surface like a fridge, oven, or coffee machine.
How big is the magnet?
The magnet is approximately 4 cm tall and 5 cm wide, small enough to fit anywhere, big enough to make an impact.
Can I return my magnet?
Because every magnet is made personally for you, returns are not possible. If something went wrong with your order, please reach out at info@isaceramics.nl and I'll always find a solution together with you.
Is it dishwasher safe?
The magnet itself is not meant for dishwasher use but the image is permanently fired into the glaze at up to 800°C, so it won't fade or peel with normal handling.
How long does it take?
Magnets are made to order and delivered within 1–3 weeks. Once I've received your image and confirmed everything looks good, I'll get started straight away.
How much does shipping cost?
Because the magnet fits through a letterbox, it can be shipped as regular post, which means shipping costs are much lower than for other pieces. You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout.
