What happens after you order
Once you’ve placed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation by email. Within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends), you’ll receive another email with the tracking information. As this plate is already in stock, it can be shipped more quickly.
Handmade & unique
Each plate is handmade, which means slight variations in shape and colour are part of its charm. You can read more about it here.
Returns & changes
If you wish to return your order, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email info@isaceramics.nl or contact me here to request a return.
Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer.
