Is it dishwasher safe?
Because of the handmade process and delicate glazes, I recommend handwashing only to keep your mug looking its best.
Can I return or exchange my custom mug?
Since every mug is made-to-order and personalized, returns or exchanges aren’t possible. If something’s wrong with your order, please get in touch, I’ll always help you find a solution
