Every custom will be shipped within 2-8 weeks. I aim to ship every order within 3 weeks, but due to high demand or imperfections in the mugs, there may be delays. For this reason, I always indicate a delivery timeframe of 2-8 weeks.

Custom items cannot be returned or refunded. Please double-check the details you provide before completing your purchase. Any errors in the order are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note, colors may vary between online images and the final product due to environmental differences. Since each custom mug is handmade without molds, the internal volume may also vary slightly.
Every step in making the mugs is done by hand, which means each piece may have its own unique imperfections. This can include features like a drinking rim that may not be perfectly symmetrical or a handle that isn’t precisely uniform. Please keep this in mind when placing your order, as these natural variations are part of the character of the mugs.
