I get it. Sometimes love at first sip turns out to be… just a crush. If your custom creations didn’t quite spark joy, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Just send a (slightly teary) email to ceramicsisa@gmail.com to register your return. I will reply with a return label so you can send it back safely.
Once your return has found its way back to me and I've given it a warm goodbye hug, I will refund you for the items. Please note: shipping costs are not refundable (they’ve already gone on their journey).
