Webshop updates & reopening date 

Over the past months, Isa Ceramics has grown a lot, and with that came more orders than I could have anticipated. I’m incredibly grateful for all the support, but to make sure every piece is still made with care, attention and love, I’m taking a short moment to improve the webshop and my production process.


These updates are meant to create more clarity, better planning and a smoother experience for future orders.

💌 The webshop will reopen on Monday, February 9 at 8:00 PM (CET).


Until then, all products are visible but marked as Coming Soon.

What’s changing

Once the webshop reopens, you’ll notice a few updates:

• Updated delivery times

Some products will have a different delivery time, based on how they are made and personalized.

• Live order updates

You’ll receive clearer and more frequent updates about the status of your order.

• More mug sizes

New mug formats will be added, so you can choose the size that suits you best.

• Handwritten notes on more designs

Handwritten messages will now be available on more mugs, including the Custom Heart Mug and the Dotty Custom Mug.
