The Custom Rainbow Travel Mug

€36,95

Since Isa Ceramics is still a one-woman, part-time studio (alongside my day job as a nurse), custom mugs are no longer part of regular drops. I make them on request instead, so I can give each one the attention it deserves.

Want this one, custom-made? Hit the button below to send me your request. I'll get back to you to see what's possible (:

Your request lands straight in my personal inbox by email. Feel free to include as much detail as you'd like: personalization, colors, quantity, and any date you have in mind. The more I know, the easier it is for me to see what's possible.

I usually reply within 24 hours. During busy periods or when I'm away, it can occasionally take a little longer, thank you for your patience in that case.

If I'm able to take on your request (this also depends on the timing you need it by), I'll send you an invoice by email with a checkout link so you can officially place your order. From there, everything works exactly the same as a normal order.

Every custom piece is made entirely to order shaped, glazed, and fired specifically for you. Because every piece starts from scratch, the production time is 3 to 8 weeks. You will receive updates by email throughout the process.

All pieces are made from pure porcelain clay and fired twice. The first firing sets the form. The second fuses the glaze at around 1220°C, producing a food-safe, lead-free finish built to last.

If your piece arrives damaged, please send a photo to info@isaceramics.nl within 48 hours of receiving it. I will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Custom orders take 3 to 8 weeks from the moment your order is placed. The exact time depends on the complexity of the piece and the current studio schedule. You will receive updates throughout the process.
Ceramics is an unpredictable process. If a piece develops an imperfection during firing that does not meet the right standard, I will let you know and start again. Your order will never be shipped unless I am happy with the result. This may occasionally add extra time, but I will always keep you informed.
Yes. Because every piece is handmade, small variations in shape, colour, and texture are a natural part of the process. No two pieces are ever exactly alike. This is considered a characteristic of handmade ceramics, not a defect.

Select your country to see what may apply. All orders ship from the Netherlands.
