Since Isa Ceramics is still a one-woman, part-time studio (alongside my day job as a nurse), custom mugs are no longer part of regular drops. I make them on request instead, so I can give each one the attention it deserves.

Stackable Mug
Your request lands straight in my personal inbox by email. Feel free to include as much detail as you'd like: personalization, colors, quantity, and any date you have in mind. The more I know, the easier it is for me to see what's possible.
I usually reply within 24 hours. During busy periods or when I'm away, it can occasionally take a little longer, thank you for your patience in that case.
If I'm able to take on your request (this also depends on the timing you need it by), I'll send you an invoice by email with a checkout link so you can officially place your order. From there, everything works exactly the same as a normal order.
Every custom piece is made entirely to order shaped, glazed, and fired specifically for you. Because every piece starts from scratch, the production time is 3 to 8 weeks. You will receive updates by email throughout the process.
All pieces are made from pure porcelain clay and fired twice. The first firing sets the form. The second fuses the glaze at around 1220°C, producing a food-safe, lead-free finish built to last.
You will receive an email at every stage. If something unexpected happens along the way, I will always let you know personally.

A setback along the way
Ceramics is an unpredictable process. If a piece develops an imperfection during firing, I will let you know and start again. Your order will never be shipped if it does not meet the right standard.

Arrives at your door
NL: 1 to 2 days. EU: 3 to 5 days. Rest of world: 5 to 10 days.
Because every custom piece is made specifically for you, it cannot be returned or exchanged. This is in accordance with EU consumer law, which excludes personalised goods from the standard right of withdrawal.
If your piece arrives damaged, please send a photo to info@isaceramics.nl within 48 hours of receiving it. I will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Porcelain is durable and easy to care for. To keep the glaze in its best condition, handwashing is recommended where possible.
