Each pet bowl is individually made and customized, which means no two are exactly alike. Please allow up to 8 weeks for production and shipping.
I will keep you in the loop! If your pet bowl hasn’t shipped yet, you’ll receive updates around week 4 and week 6 so you always know how things are going.
Once your pet bowl is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details
If your custom creation didn’t quite spark joy, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order.
Just send a (slightly teary) email to ceramicsisa@gmail.com to register your return. I will reply with a return label so you can send it back safely.
Once your return has found its way back to me and I've given it a warm goodbye hug, I will refund you for the item(s). Please note: shipping costs are not refundable (they’ve already gone on their journey).
